Once your order has been paid and confirmed you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track your package.
All orders are free from R1000 above at any city in South Africa.
Orders placed same day will get packaged and delivered in 2 to 10 days depending on where you are. Any delay will communicate with our customer to assure you get your package in time.
We use a courier service to deliver your package to your doorstep. No post office or paxi service.
If you are not satisfied with the product, please email us and return it within 7 days. Customers purchasing acoustic tiles please allow 3 to 4 weeks manufacturer for 20 + packs purchased.
